Yes. All sugar tease products are 100% vegan and made without any animal-derived ingredients.
Are sugar tease products Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Lactose-Free, and Soy-Free?
Yes. All sugar tease products are Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Lactose-Free, and Soy-Free making them suitable for a wide range of dietary needs and sensitivities.
Does my order arrive in discreet packaging?
Yes. All sugar tease orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
Buy with Prime orders are delivered in Amazon packaging, which may include Amazon Prime branding. There is no sugar tease logo, branding, or description of the contents on the box or mailer.
Standard orders are shipped in a plain box or mailer with no sugar tease logo, branding, or indication of what’s inside.

How quickly can you answer my question?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they’re received and strive to reply as quickly as possible. Most inquiries are answered within 24 hours at the latest.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order in two easy ways:

How long is the order processing period?
All orders are processed immediately after payment is completed.

Will my order of multiple different items come in one package?
If you order multiple items in a single purchase, we do our best to pack and ship everything in one package whenever possible.
To ensure the fastest delivery, sugar tease ships from fulfillment facilities across the United States. Because items may be stored in different locations, some orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Orders are processed immediately after payment, and our fulfillment is very fast to ensure quick delivery. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number via email, contact form, or chat.
While we cannot guarantee changes -especially once your package has left our warehouse - we will do everything we can to help.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At the moment, sugar tease does not ship outside the USA, but we are expanding globally soon. Stay tuned and subscribe for the latest updates!
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
We’re sorry your shipment didn’t arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number via email, contact form, or chat, and we’ll assist you right away.
